On 21 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Lithuania Vit Korselt.

On 15 April, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Mantas Adomėnas visited Bucharest, where he took part in bilateral consultations with the State Secretary of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dănuţ Neculăesc and the State Secretary for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies Cornel Feruţă.
On 15 April, the U.S. announced sanctions in response to aggressive and harmful actions of the Russian Federation and its unacceptable behaviour, such as encouraging Taliban attacks against the U.S. and coalition personnel in Afghanistan, Russia's malicious cyber activities - the SolarWinds incident - and attempts to influence the 2020 U.S. presidential election, the attempt to poison the Russian opposition figure Alexei Navalny and his imprisonment, as well as the occupation of Crimea.

On 14 April, the Ambassador of Lithuania Dainius Junevičius presented his letters of credence to the President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa.

On 13 April, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Egidijus Meilūnas met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi and discussed the situation in eastern Ukraine, the region's security situation, as well as bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
On 9 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis received the Ambassador of Finland to Lithuania Arja Inkeri Makkonen.

On 8 April in Vilnius, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the outgoing Ambassador of Armenia to Lithuania Tigran Mkrtchyan.

On 7 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain Arancha González Laya, who is visiting Vilnius. The Foreign Ministers discussed bilateral relations, security situation in the region, and the most important items on the EU and international agendas.

The meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis will focus on bilateral relations, security situation in the region, and the most important items on the EU and international agendas.
On 1 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis and his Canadian counterpart Marc Garneau discussed topical issues of bilateral and international cooperation.

On 1 April in New York, the Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the United Nations, Ambassador Audra Plepytė and the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom Eswatini (Swaziland) to the United Nations, Ambassador Melusi Martin Masuku signed a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
On 29 March, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the Ambassador of Slovenia to Lithuania Božena Forštnarič Boroje. The meeting discussed prospects of bilateral relations, the COVID-19 pandemic situation in both countries and in the European Union, the situation in Belarus, Russia, the two countries and the EU's cooperation with China in the 17+ 1 format, the situation regarding the Ostrovets nuclear power plant, and prospects for the development of the Three Seas Initiative.

On 25 March, on the occasion of the Freedom Day of Belarus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis and the leader of democratic Belarus Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya paid tribute to Belarusian freedom fighters in the Rasos Cemetery.
On 23 March, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Mantas Adomėnas had a meeting with the Ambassador of Romania to
Lithuania Cosmin George Dinescu via video conferencing. The meeting focused on prospects of bilateral relations, the Covid-19 situation in both countries and the European Union’s neighbourhood, cooperation in NATO, and issues of the Eastern Partnership policy.
Today, on 23 March, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Ambassador of China to Lithuania to protest against the Chinese sanctions imposed on the MP Dovilė Šakalienė, EU institutions, and European defenders of human rights in China.
